Online Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition coaching is for those individuals wanting to achieve their goals and ideal body composition. It focuses on educating the fundamentals of calorie expenditure, macronutrients and micronutrients. It will achieve this by targeting scientifically driven and evidence based fundamentals to be implemented into a personalised nutrition diet that suits your preferences, lifestyle and recommended intake.
What you’ll get:
- Week by week nutrition plan suited specifically for you and your goals
- Variety of nutritionally dense foods to ensure macronutrients and micronutrient goals are met
- Options for you to eat the foods you love the most whilst adhering to an overall goal
- Food logging through the use of MyFitnessPal. This provides an opportunity to learn about nutrients and caloric content, as well as develop self-accountability with what you may be consuming
- Continual nutritional amendments to ensure ongoing progress
- Weekly or fortnightly check-ins to check progress and make adjustments if necessary
- Guidance and support via text message or email to ensure adherence and continual development for long-term results

The one-time Individualised package will cover both nutrition and training to help achieve your desired results. It will cover the fundamentals of physical training, but will also educate you on the basics of nutrition and how these two methods work hand-in-hand to optimise your desired outcome.

Personal Training Plan
One on One Personal Training is for those who want further guidance and accountability in the gym. My personal training sessions are conducted with high intensity and high energy. We will work together as a team to optimise your training time and experience and to help you achieve quality results. This will be done through education on movement, rest and recovery.
I offer 30, 45 and 60-minute sessions, that can be stand-alone sessions or can be combined with my Personalised Coaching services.

Every Personal Training plan is individually customised to suit your goals and ability. There is no such thing as a ‘one-size-fits-all’ training plan, everyone is different, and I take that into account when creating the perfect plan for you.
I also consider any injuries or lifestyle goals you have in mind. So if you want to fit into that dress for summer or have a dodgy knee but still want to exercise, I can help.
